Mass Shift Manager

• Develop and administer the premium mass marketing program

• Create promotion outlines and event outlines for approval

• Perform analysis of high net worth player group

• Create and present reports on player performance to direct supervisor

• Must take personal responsibility for the growth of the premium mass floor player group

• Must demonstrate a willingness to be present in the casino when appropriate

• Must develop programs specifically tailored for premium mass players

• Promoted Mass floor Loyalty Reward program to all customer that visit the casino

• Identify premium guess and potential high end guess and refer them to our VIP gaming floor

• Work closely with VIP marketing team member to ensure all our premium guess are well look after at our resort

• Training and promotion opportunities.

• Relocation ticket and annual home leave ticket provided.

• Accommodation, daily meals and transportation to the company (for staffs who stay in dormitory) or monthly housing allowance provided.

• Daily uniforms, laundry and standard meals provided.

• Bachelor’s Degree & minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior Gaming industry experience is preferred.
• Existing customer contacts and relationships is preferred
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino policies, marketing plans and customer information.
