Spa Receptionist | Nhân viên Lễ tân Spa

The Receptionist is responsible for the Spa reception duties which include welcoming guests, answering all incoming phone calls, and taking reservations for the Spa. He/she also sells retail services and products.

Lễ tân Spa có trách nhiệm đón tiếp khách, trả lời tất cả các cuộc gọi điện thoại, và đặt chỗ cho khách Spa đồng thời bán các sản phẩm bán lẻ.

He/she will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

o Strictly follow the roster scheduled by Spa Manager

Nghiêm túc thực hiện lịch phân công của quản lý Spa

o Attend all spa meeting/training scheduled/asked by Spa Manager.

Tham gia các buổi họp/huấn luyện được sắp xếp/yêu cầu bởi quản lý Spa

o Read Spa log book every day

Đọc sổ giao ca hàng ngày

o Responsible for guest satisfaction and Spa reputation.

Có trách nhiệm trong việc làm hài lòng khách và uy tín của Spa

o Report to Spa Supervisor /Spa Manager when receive any complaint from guest, even the complaint is already solved.

Báo cáo cho ca trưởng/ quản lý Spa khi nhận các than phiền của khách, ngay khi các than phiền đó đã được giải quyết xong.

o Responsible for cleanliness and order of Spa reception area, Locker area and Gym

Có trách nhiệm trong việc vệ sinh, ngăn nắp của khu vực lễ tân, thay đồ, phòng tập.

o Doing Spa attendant job when scheduled/asked by Spa Supervisor /Spa Manager

Làm công việc của Spa attendant khi được sắp xếp/yêu cầu bởi ca trưởng/ quản lý Spa

o Train new staff when scheduled/asked by Spa Supervisor /Spa Manager.

Đào tạo nhân viên mới khi sắp được sắp xếp/yêu cầu bởi ca trưởng/ quản lý Spa

o Respect Guest privacy. Talking about guest information, about guest’s body is forbidden

Tôn trọng sự riêng tư của khách hàng. Tiết lộ thông tin các nhân của khách, nói về cơ thể khách là điều nghiêm cấm

o Sell treatments and products

Bán các bài trị liệu và các sản phẩm bán lẻ của Spa

o Communicate all appropriate matters to Spa Supervisor /Spa Manager.

Trao đổi thông tin với ca trưởng/ quản lý Spa về các vấn đề liên quan

Required Skills –

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office / other computer programs (if any)
