• Provide general facilities and the latest equipment and service for the convenience of guests.

• Provide hotel information and offer the assistance with a perfect knowledge of hotel’s services & facilities and area information.

• She/he will ensure that her/his section is perfectly tidy at any time, the accessories & stationary used for the operations are refill as often as required and that the circuits of operations are followed strictly.

• To ensure that all the standards and procedures established at the Lotte Hotel Hanoi are followed successfully and permanently.

• Warmly welcome guests in a friendly and professional way .With repeat guest, it is compulsory to give recognition to guest.

• Fulfil guest expectation and deliver excellent service.

• During the internship period, Lotte Hotel Hanoi will provide the following basic support:
• Working hours: 8.5 hours/shift, 5.5 days/week according to the department’s schedule.
• Internship allowance: VND 1,900,000/month (paid at the end of each month via Viettel Money). Interns will receive this allowance under the following conditions:
• Full attendance according to the standard number of working days in the month. The standard number of working days is determined based on the calendar: from Monday to half-day Saturday each week (for operational shift positions); or from Monday to Friday each week (for administrative shift positions).
• Completion of online knowledge and skills tests sent by the HR Department with an average score above 50%.
• Meals: Provided according to working shifts at the hotel canteen.
• Uniforms: Hotel provides uniforms with daily laundry service.
• Training content: Training according to international 5-star hotel service standards.
• Internship certificate: Issued by Lotte Hotel Hanoi.
• Outstanding interns: Interns selected by the department for exceptional performance will receive a certificate of merit & an opportunity to experience hotel services (buffet lunch voucher for 2 people plus a bakery voucher, total value VND 2,000,000). A thank-you letter will also be sent to the school.
