Mô tả công việc

Working a central area because she/he receives all calls from outside the hotel and he/she coordinates the internal calls
Must ensure that all tasks performed are procedurally correct, timely and of a consistently quality
Ensure that thorough personal presentation, telephone manner, effective and efficient work practices and guest services standards, that guests and callers impression of Pullman is lasting one of genuine warmth and friendliness and of high standards
Communicates with the other departments
Ensures that information for guests is available and up-to-date

Yêu cầu công việc

Vocational diploma or degree and/or anyone eager to work in the sector regardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skills and motivation
Significant experience in a customer-service position
Experience in team management
Computer literate
Languages: fluent in the national language, English and a third language
