Mô tả công việc

  • Provide frontline PC and server troubleshooting, resolve IT issues for the end user.
  • Modify configurations, utilities and software default settings.
  • Support and administer Windows Servers.
  • Backup and optimize database.
  • Provide In-house guest IT-related matter troubleshooting.
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Having a profession certificate related to the position applied for or a diploma in Hospitality Industry is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in the same position at 4,5 stars Hotel/Resorts.
  • Basic communication in English.
  • Hardworking, eager to learn and proactive in work.
