SPA Therapist

POSITION SUMMARY:

Utilize specialist skills to perform beauty treatments which offer the highest level service to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct a number of daily inspections to ensure cleanliness of areas under management, reporting defects and cleanliness issues to appropriate personnel.

- Ensure cleanliness includes management of Spa Area.

- Maintain Health and Safety aspects of Spa.

- Ensure equipment in working order.

- Learn about new treatment product and methods.

- Maintain market trends.

- Administer uniformity/consistency in treatments.

- Sell products in line with customer needs.

- Keep up to date with new treatments.

- Learn products and ingredients.

- Clean up at end of each shift and after servicing each client.

- Recognize opportunities to sell, add on sell, up sell.

- Apply suggestive retail selling techniques to maximize service.

- Minimize stock wastage by knowing the exact amounts for each regime.

- Maintain stock control/levels.

- Work in line with business needs.

- Be aware of the Hotels Environmental Program and carry out duties in your day to day job tasks bearing this in mind.

- Maintain thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures.

- Complete the other tasks which assigned by the leader.

ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:

- Good communication skills.

- Able to read and write English.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE:

- High School or Vocational Certificate in massage therapy or equivalent.

- 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
