Responsible for managing the hotel’s training & recruitment function, including developing a complement of qualified departmental trainers and establishes a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results, screen, interview and select for the right candidates. The Training Manager position impacts on the skills, knowledge and attitudes of every hotel employee and ensures the availability and use of effective resource.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3 years of experience in a hotel environment.
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Administration.
Well-versed in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, with advanced skills in Excel preferred
Fluent in English
Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
Dynamic, Confident, Able to be facilitator
