Taking responsibility for planning, controlling, and ordering food and beverages for a hospitality business while ensuring top-notch quality.
Responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen, as well as beverages to stock the bar and fridges.
Designing delicious and attractive menus and continually making improvements.
The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Proven food and beverage management experience
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Communication and leadership skills
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices

Guest-oriented and service-minded

For foreign applicants: Priority will be given to candidates residing in Vietnam and with relevant experience in the Vietnamese market.
