Mô tả công việc

  • Welcome and greet our beloved guests courteously and wholeheartedly;
  • Observe and anticipate the guests' needs and requirements actively. Offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other colleagues;
  • Deliver and unload guests' luggages on time;
  • Be responsible for cleanliness and tidiness of the driveway, ashtrays in the lobby and the storage room;
  • Liaise with and support the Navigator Section and the Front Desk section to introducing attractions in downtown Ho Chi Minh City;
  • Prompt delivery of messages, packages and mail to the guests.
