Admin Executive - Human Resources

• Provides administrative support to Human Resources Department and ensures the implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions.

• Provides a courteous and professional service at all times to maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

• Manages daily operation of new Social Space

• Manages finger scanning for associates.

• Manages the monthly finger scan log sheet.

• Manages quarterly order of socks and distribute to associates.

• Manages name tags issuance and collection as standards of grooming.

• Checks all associate facilities to ensure they are maintained within standards, i.e. Associate Locker Rooms, Clinic and First Aid Boxes.

• Assists and participate in all Human Resources activities.

• Provides a courteous and professional service at all times to maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

• Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

• Handle Compulsory Social insurance, 24/7 Accident insurance

• Support in Visa & Work Permit administration

• Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.

• Willingly attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.

• Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.

• Ensures and practices the utmost protection of office’s confidentiality.
