Mô tả công việc

Descriptions:

  • Take full responsibility for any customer service issues that arise during their stay.
  • Offer hotel products and services for guest.
  • Use skills to introduce and sell hotel products/services to guests
  • Provide service information on demand: Sightseeing tours, mailing parcels, purchasing newspapers and foreign magazines, reserving dining tables inside and outside the hotel, car rental, and ticket reservations music - sports - flight reservations
  • Help with picking up and dropping off guests
  • Coordination of the resolution of guest complaints
  • Receive customer complaints online and handle them as soon as possible.
  • Proposing the best options to satisfy customers while protecting the Hotel's interests
  • Ensure a positive customer experience from the time they use the service until the end of the journey.
  • Create the necessary reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification:
  • At least 1 year work experience in hospitality industry as a Guest Relations Manager/ Customer Service Manager or similar role
  • Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
  • Proficiency in English, good writing skills and knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
