Mô tả công việc

Handle room plan to join program and push OTA for more selling.
Update content and manage room availability on OTAs extranets
Receive bookings from OTAs and contact guests via phone or emails before the trip to reconfirm the booking and get their needed information.
Make monthly revenue report.
Solve problems concerning about guests’ complaints and issues, case of bad weather and find alternative option for over – booked status.
Available on Fanpage/ Trip advisor to directly consult about products.
Proceed booking reservation with suppliers for confirmed bookings.
Work with accountants to settle payments for suppliers.
Create and manage client folders.
Follow up customer service.
Be able to travel on business trip when required

At least 2 years working experience in similar position
Excellent communicate skills.
Must be familiar with paper works, computer…
Able to work under pressure
Demonstrating knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes
Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
Good English including reading and speaking skills.
