Mô tả công việc

The Digital Marketing Manager works with the Director of PR and communication establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue, and executes data-driven strategy for Four Seasons Hotel/Resort.
The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Director of Public Relations and Communications in executing strategies in digital marketing, social media, content development, public relations, and online reputation management, and measures success through outcomes supported by analytics and reporting.
The position is resort-based.

Yêu cầu công việc

• A minimum of three to five years experience in a digital marketing capacity either with Four Seasons or another related organization.
• Experienced in handling multiple social media platforms, consumer engagement, and strong awareness of the new trends in the digital world.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; and excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.

• Photography and Video skills.
• Influencer/media relations experience.
• Knowledge of InDesign and production methods in graphic arts and collateral.
• Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors.
• Ability to conduct on-brand Resort site inspections.
• Ability to qualify KOL/Influencers based on Resort’s objective.
