Mô tả công việc

1. Department operation management: 

- Supervise and support reception staff in carrying out daily tasks such as check-in, check-out, and other customer requests in accordance with standards, accurately and promptly. 

- Oversee the appearance and space of the lobby according to hotel standards. 

2. Ensuring service quality: 

- Establish and maintain reception department processes and ensure that staff are trained to the fullest and highest service standards. 

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees, processes, and implement improvement measures. 

3. Customer management: 

- Address customer requests and complaints with focus, skill, and speed, ensuring the hotel's brand ranking and avoiding revenue loss for the hotel. 

- Build and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty to the hotel brand. 

4. Human resource management: 

- Develop comprehensive training programs for the department and ensure employee competency after training. 

- Lead, guide, and consult employees for individual development and skill enhancement. 

- Manage the department with a spirit of unity, professionalism, and continuous learning and development. 

- Allocate personnel resources, arrange suitable shifts for the department. 

5. Financial management: 

- Monitor and control the budget and inventory of the reception department. 

- Ensure the accuracy of hotel financial income and expenses and provide complete documentation as required by the Accounting department. 

6. Data management: 

- Prepare monthly reports related to the department's finances and analyze improvements based on customer feedback. Additionally, always contribute and receive other assigned tasks as directed.

  • Management experience in the hotel industry or equivalent lodging services.
  • Solid knowledge of operation and adherence to established standards.

  • Possesses creative thinking, open-mindedness to new ideas, and a desire to contribute to brand development
