-• Reviews all arrivals and departments for the day in order to anticipate operational needs.

• Ensures guests are given a warm welcome, assist them on check – in and all data are gathered during registration.

• Ensures correctness of guest folio presented upon check – out.

• Aims to upsell daily.

• Ensures correctness of shift reports, voucher attachments and cash float breakdown.

• Immediately acts to any guest complaints / comments, resolve the problem to delight the guests.

• Do courtesy call for feedback.

• Practices and role-models the Guiding Principles and the Core Values of Alma Resort.

• Become environmentally friendly, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse whenever applicable.
