Mô tả công việc
o Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems - PMS, Point of Sale - POS, IPTV, Telephony systems and other software vendors.
o Responsible for overseeing and handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
o Prepare & Implement Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all IT hardware & Software.
o Assists guests and colleagues in identifying and implementing solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment.
o Maintains strong working relationships with other departments to ensure effective communications for operational issues, serves as a role model for inter-departmental collaboration and support.
o Provide guidance to team members and other colleagues in all IT related matters.
o Keep vigilant and report any potential cyber-attack, initiate data protection resolutions to divert risk and safeguard all property’s, guests and individual information.
o Ensure that policies and procedure relating to PCI compliance are updated and adhered to.
o Maintains a system error / progress logbook and deals with reported problems.
o Responsible to ensure that IT Audit points are implemented as per relevant Standard operating Procedures.
o Monitors and maintains proper inventory of hardware and software license. Ensures that all hardware are adequate and in optimal operating state while software are timely updated for defect-free system operation within the hotel.
o Handles and report any complaints and resolving service ‘Glitches’, keep a record of all feedbacks under the appropriate system. Ensures that the issues are resolved in a timely manner to guests’ satisfaction.
o Maintain strict compliance to all departmental policies, work place safety and security procedures set by the hotel.
o Ensures that working area is kept organised and clean at all times.
o Attend training sessions and provide suggestions or feedbacks to supervisors or managers for operational improvement.
o Report any issue or damages and breakdowns within working areas and the hotel to ensure a defect-free facilities and service amenities provided.

o A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology field
o Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels/resort
o Competent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
o Strong working knowledge of hospitality related applications and or systems (e.g. PMS, POS, CRM)
