Mô tả công việc

  1. Based on the actual situation, analyze the training needs of the departments in the hotel
  2. Coordinate with departments to arrange appropriate training schedule
  3. Develop an annual training plan (time, budget, etc.) and submit it to the hotel management for review
  4. Evaluate the list of training courses available and being applied in the training of hotel personnel at all levels
  5. Finding solutions to overcome the limitations of ongoing training courses
  6. Coordinate with relevant departments to design new training courses to improve service quality and employee performance
  7. Looking for a team of good professionals - professional to participate in teaching
  8. Working with trainers to set up a library of documents including: books, ebooks, handbooks, videos… used for training courses in the hotel
  9. Participate in compiling, designing and producing training materials to meet the effectiveness and specific needs of each department
  10. Coordinate with human resources department and other departments in the hotel to implement training and retraining plans to improve professional skills.
  11. Directly participate in teaching skills to employees in the area of ​​expertise - profession
  12. Assist specialists in preparing documents and implementing the training process
  13. Monitor - evaluate the effectiveness of the training course implemented to make timely adjustments
  14. Participating in policy making and training procedures
  15. Participating in building the SOP model system for the hotel - ensuring that department heads comply with their responsibilities for training and managing employees according to SOP standards
  16. Maintain training records of employees, supervisors and managers
  17. When necessary, advise employees on how to develop their career - future orientation
  18. Assign jobs - coordinate with staff in charge of training
  19. Periodically prepare training reports to submit to superiors
  20. Perform other tasks as required by the Hotel Management Board
