Mô tả công việc

Personnel Management

  • Ensure new hires information are updated in the HR data system and coordinate with HR team and existing associates to monitor their personnel update timely if changed
  • Coordinate with DOHR on the expatriates’ documents including visa, work permit application and/or other required documents for Expats
  • Reviewing and preparing all the salary and other HR-related documents before submission to the head of human resources.
  • Regular communication with all expats regarding their subsidies, housing, and other needs to ensure comfortable working conditions.
  • Reviewing and processing expenses and reimbursements due to expats.
  • Obtaining visas for staff members and their families, and arranging accommodation in host countries.

  • Liaising with the inland revenue department on behalf of expats to ensure adherence to tax regulations.
  • Establishing, managing, and maintaining vendor relationships in host countries.
  • Orientating expats on relocating to a new country, the countries customs, opening a bank account, and other onboarding processes.
  • Planning for the arrival of expats and informing the staff in the host country of their arrival.
  • Providing support to expats when and as required.
  • Ensuring that the expat program is aligned with government policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the regconization program eventually, quarterly and annually.

Communications and Relations

  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
  • Design and update the display and content of employee communication bulletin boards (e.g., in regards to employment, recruitment, transfers, and promotions)
  • Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.
  • Post all necessary legal or regulatory notices related to Human Resources in view of all employees as required by law.
  • Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.

Administration & Reporting:

HR data entry, HR records maintenance, and compilation/maintenance of ad-hoc HR information and documents.

Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.

Manages and processes employee records and information within the system. Performs routine data audits and ensures employee data are up-to-date and accurate. Also engages in back-office and transaction services such as performance management records, leave and exit administration.

Generate Human Resources data reports as required or as requested.

Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert and participate on project teams.

  • Actively listen to and consider the concerns of other employees, responding appropriately and effectively.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • An undergraduate degree in human resources, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • A thorough knowledge of corporate and government policies and procedures relating to expats.
  • Excellent knowledge of the laws, customs, and practices of host countries.
  • Experience in immigration and international diplomacy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Adaptable to change and fast-acting.
