Mô tả công việc
2. Ensure the efficient operation of all Front Office departments at night.
3. Participate in all staff and training meetings as directed by the Front Office Manager.
4. Patrol all areas of the hotel checking security, housekeeping or maintenance needs.
6. Maintain information regarding current contract and rack rates.
7. Control and monitor the room inventory, handles overbooking during peak periods.
8. Conduct briefing with staff regarding VIP’s or group tour arrivals and special events and functions which will
occur during the shift.
9. Provide current information about hotel facilities, services and special events to Front Office staff as required.
10. Provide current information about tourist attraction, restaurants; entertainment facilities and current events in the local area to the Front Office staff as required.
11. Ensure hotel facilities and services are promoted to guests and visitors.
12. Handle guest requests and immediately assists with problems and complaints to create guest satisfaction.
13. Register any guest or staff problems or complaints shift record for the attention of the Front Office Manager
14. Ensure all credit adjustments and rebates are correctly accounted and recorded on a nightly basis.
15. Ensure all master folios are checked before the end of the shift.
16. Ensure night audit streams are administered efficiently and correctly according to hotel procedure and policy.
17. Check safety deposit box keys and report missing keys to Front Office Manager. 18. Maintain an awareness of hotel emergency procedures relating to fire, theft, accident, medical emergency and other threats to hotel and guest security.
19. Ensure rooms keys are checked and secured.
20. Provide assistance to guest in all hotel emergency evacuation and medical procedures.
21. Ensure high standards of personal appearance and hygiene, correct uniform and badge as outlined in the staff handbook for all Front Office staff under supervision.
22. Report any potential health or safety hazards promptly to the Front Office Manager.
23. Perform other duties as maybe requested by the Front Office Manager.

- Đóng đầy đủ các loại bảo hiểm bắt buộc (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN) và tặng thêm gói Bảo hiểm sức khỏe tư nhân.
- Cơ hội đào tạo, thăng tiến và luân chuyển công tác trong nước và quốc tế tại các khách sạn thuộc tập đoàn Banyan Group.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
2. Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.
3. Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.
4. Be fully conversant with al health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
5. Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
6. Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
7. Attend meetings and training as required by managers.
8. Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of Vietnamese law.
9. Interact with guests actively soliciting feedback.
10. At least 1 year experience as the relevant position at 4 or 5 star international hotel/resort.
