Accounts Receivable Officer/ Nhân viên kế toán công nợ

• Conduct daily check of “high balance” report and obtain explanation for non-compliance of credit policy and submit to Financial controller for his disposition;

• Ensure accuracy of all charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure that it is posted on timely basis; (Daily).

• Prepare and send statement of accounts to clients on a timely basis and monitor the subsequent collection of all accounts.

• Conduct necessary credit checks on all new credit applicants, make recommendations according to existing credit policies and maintain details of credit given to customers.

• Complete and update all individual debtor records.

• Responsible in liaising with ALL credit card companies that payment of credit card billings are in accordance with the agreed contract and that all questionable billings are cleared with the credit card company within the month.

• To maintain at all times the hotel’s set policy an AR turnover – AR Days outstanding

• Process all Credit Applications, ensuring that the clients are notified promptly and professionally.

• In the AR module, set up AR accounts for newly approved credits and ensure creditors' details are correct at all times.

• Joining training courses according standard of AccorHotels.

• Supporting shift meals at staff canteen

• Good healthy, neat appearance, good communication skills. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and react fast to situations.

• High school education.
