Mô tả công việc

Receive purchasing orders from other departments
Research and select suitable suppliers, meeting the standards and requirements set by the company
Request a quote and compare suppliers
Negotiate and test samples
Follow up and track order progress to ensure timely delivery
Review and check the products and materials carefully in terms of quality and quantity to ensure the previous agreements
Coordinate with departments to make invoices, agreements, record costs, preserve raw materials; at the same time prepare reports to superiors
In the event of an incident, the purchasing staff needs to be flexible to respond promptly
