- The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing all aspects of the Front Office operations, ensuring smooth coordination, exceptional guest service, and operational efficiency. This role acts as second-in-command for the department, supervising the Duty Managers, Supervisors, and Guest Service teams while assisting in the management of revenue, staffing, and service standards.
- The position ensures guest satisfaction, proper handling of complaints, adherence to brand standards, and the training and development of staff. The Assistant Front Office Manager plays a key role in maintaining an efficient workflow and acts as Manager on Duty when required.
OBJECTIVES:
1. Deliver high levels of guest satisfaction through attentive, professional, and personalized service.
2. Support the Front Office Manager in achieving financial goals, including revenue maximization and cost control.
3. Develop and motivate the Front Office team to maintain a high-performance culture.
4. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective inter-departmental communication.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. Minimum 5–7 years of Front Office/Guest Services experience, including at least 2 years in a management capacity within a 5-star hotel.
3. Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, property management systems, and hotel operating procedures.
4. Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
5. Proven leadership ability with strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
8. High level of professionalism, personal presentation, and integrity.
