JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE : MAINTENACE SHIFT LEADER

DEPARTMENT : Maintenance

REPORTS TO : Chief Engineer

I. A/C System :

a. Trouble shooting of system

b. Repair and replace the electrical devices of system

c. Solving the problems of Technician

II. Electrical System :

a. Trouble shooting of system

b. Repair and replace the electrical devices of system

c. Solving the problems of Technicians

III. Plumbing & sanitary system :

a. Trouble shooting of water system

b. Assisting Technician to rectify the system

c. Repair and replace the pumps

IV. Fire Prevention system :

a. Trouble shooting the defects of system

- Smoke deflector system

- Sprinkler system

- Hydrant and hosereel system

b. Operating fire lift

c. Manually operate fire pump

V. LIFTS system :

a. Trouble shooting of the system

b. Leveling the lift when it miss floor stop

c. Repair the common defect

VI. PABX system :

a. Trouble shooting of the system

b. Cooperate with the maintenance and services contractor

c. Inform to contractor for special defects

VII. GENERATOR :

a. Trouble shooting the system

b. Manually operated the generator

c. Follow up the synchronization system

d. Check the status of generator hourly when they are operating

e. Record fuel pressure, oil pressure, power factor, voltage, and wattage. etc.

VIII. MATV :

a. Trouble shooting the MATV system

b. Repair and replace the defects equipment

c. Reset the channel at decoder or receiver

IX. OTHERS:

a. Support for all Kitchen equipment (common defects)

b. Supervise the contractor when they perform the maintenance services

c. Support for all restaurant equipment (common defects)

d. Represent the Chief Engineer at after hours.
