Mô tả công việc

MAIN ROLES

• Effectively manage manning status (budget vs actual) to provide enough manning for smooth operation.

• Proactively source candidates from channels for all hiring requests from functions.

• Perform job advertisement & support talent attraction activities to assigned hiring requests.

• Arrange interview schedules as requested.

• Follow up and communicate with candidates to fulfil the hiring process.

• Plan & prepare content, deliver logistics preparation and organize employer branding related events (Career Fairs, Hotel tours, Career Talk …) following the approved agenda/flow.

• Maintain and develop the firm talent pool for both experienced hires and campus hires.

• Conduct reference check.

• Contact candidates for job offer.

• Send acknowledge emails to failed/ KIV candidates.

• Global recruitment (if any).

• Coordinate with department clerk to call casual in the existing database, contact with school or post on Facebook pages to widen the database if necessary.

• Interview Line Associates.

• Liaison with recruitment agencies and keep good connection with university & schools.

• As per GM's approval, work with HoDs and schools to arrange internship.

• Manage the Internship program with final evaluation and certificate.

• Maintain internship record & internship list.

• Site inspections for schools, colleges, and universities.

• Correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements.

• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover.

• Adherence to pre, during and post-employment checklists.

• Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures.

• Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all Staff and Managers.

• Assist managers in developing work practices that are in line with OH&S policies.

• Assist with line staff counseling and career management.

• Assist line managers in the recruitment, induction, training, development, and succession for levels 1 - 6.

• Adhere to time frames established by Head Office.

• Works with Training Manager or designate to Co-ordinate training such as: First Aid, OH&S, Workplace Rehabilitation courses.

• Issue invitations to attend internal and external programs.

• Maintain records of training attendance.

• Implement Orientation.

• Promote and facilitate cross training, job rotation, and multi skilling.

• Conduct training for line Associates.

• Conduct departmental skills audits.

• Initiate programs which foster good work relations such as social club and consultative committees.

• Maintenance of employee files.

• Maintenance and administration of OH&S workplace cases, as well as the management of rehabilitation programs.

• Database Management.

• Manage standardized responses to correspondence.

• Assist in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation through ongoing training.

• Prepare and administer detailed induction program for new staff.

• Provide input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines.

• Coach, counsel and discipline staff, provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.

• Regularly communicate with staff and maintain good relations.

• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by DOHR/ ADOHR from time to time.

SUPPORTIVE ROLES

• Maintain a close, cooperative relationship with other departments to guarantee effective communication.

• Implement and coordinate cooperation as a supporting department for business operation.

• Ensure smooth work cooperation among departments and always provide support not to cause any interruptions in business operation.

• Manage and maintain smooth work cooperation with other departments.

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration.

• Experience: 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Knowledge of Local Labor and Employment Regulations.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

• Good writing skills.
