E-commerce Manager (Work at L7 West Lake Hanoi - A new project of Lotte Hotels)

MAIN ROLES

• Execute effective strategies & activities to drive all online channels (OTAs, Brand.com, GDS, TARS, B2B channels…) production and measure performance against desired contribution targets

• Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.

• Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.

• Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.

• Assist all the development & implementation of marketing promotions and packages to ensure functionality in support of strategy & initiatives

• Maintain and increase hotel visibility through various Search Engines and online channels

• Checking rate disparity across channels on regular basis

• Control up to date availability, rates and promotions in the partners different extranet and make recommendation based on forecast

• Corporate with Marketing Team to set up and manage Lotte Hotel Hanoi’s brand, OTAs, GDS’s contents and photos

• Develop strong external relationship with partners and internal relationships across sales, revenue & marketing functions to ensure consistency in products across all channels.

• Collect, integrate and study online market and competition data on a daily basis.

• Any other duties or tasks as directed by the Director of Sales that assist and support hotel operations

• Review the online performance on a regular basis, analyze results and propose revisions in strategy based on findings

• Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.

• Prepare weekly & monthly reports to Headquarter and check competitor status/activities.

• Maintain a close, cooperative relationship with other departments to guarantee effective communication.

• Implement and coordinate cooperation as a supporting department for business operation.

• Ensure smooth work cooperation among departments and always provide support not to cause any interruptions in business operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Experience: 2-3 years working in hotel Sale & Marketing Manager positions or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

• Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager, unlimited creativity ability is preferred.

• Credentials: Working Experience in 5 Star Hotel Sale & Marketing Department is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Good writing skills
