Mô tả công việc

Set up for the whole Spa public areas (front of Spa, inside Spa)
Take care of sauna, steam bath, shower
Provide guests with all information of spa services and recreation services
Arrange booking for guests
Take good care of guests from the beginning of service to the end of service (tea, towel, form)
Check all outlets’ equipment conditions daily, cleanliness, products and report to spa supervisor and spa manager all matters.
Follow up with order products using for guest’s service
Follow up Engineering Job Request, etc to ensure all items to be ready for services.
Handle guest’s inquiries or requests
Resolve guest’s complaint (if any) and report immediately to spa supervisor and spa manager for solution
Do the cashier’s job to make the bill for the guests
Make all of daily report
