Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate gaming operations in E-gaming Club
Circulate among EGMs / Slots to ensure that operations are conducted properly
Prepare roster, schedules and station assignments, staff rotations and break. Keep attendance records & locate substitute staff as necessary
Explain and interpret hose rules, such as game rules or betting limits
Resole customer complaints regarding problems such as gaming policies or payout errors
Review operational expenses, budget estimates, betting account and collection report for accuracy
Train, develop and motivate staff on customer service, gaming knowledge and skills

Casino or E-gaming background
At least 03 years at Senior Supervisor level or 01 year at Executive level
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to monitor, supervise, observe and pay close attention to the daily business activities
