Marketing Executive

• Develop ideas, plan, and execute communication campaigns (both online and offline).
• Manage and regularly update content across various platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Website, OTA, etc.
• Create simple communication materials such as posts, images, and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.
• Support Facebook/Google Ads campaigns when necessary (if experienced).
• Organize and assist in media events, internal activities, or partnership collaborations.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Front Office departments to launch promotional programs.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Respond to customer feedback and inquiries across communication channels (Inbox, comments, etc.).
• Manage the media library, content database, and brand assets.
• Research and suggest new channels to expand customer reach.
