Mô tả công việc

Ensure that the hotel project is managed and completed satisfactorily by liaising with the required team of qualified experts like architects, planners, and specialist consultants;
Advice on concept design and operational functionality of the hotel infrastructural designs at every stage of development;
Coordinate information between hotel & resort operators and internal Departments/Divisions;
Advise the BODs on planning, designing, and operating hotels, resorts, and real estate projects;
Review contract terms with operators;
Responsible for reporting to Director for approval of the Design policy of assigned items;
Presenting and guiding international partners/guests on ongoing projects of the corporation;
Negotiate commercial terms;
Search and sign with partners, and operators;
Research opportunities to expand markets, improve sales strategies, and connect partners;
Maintain relationships with partners;
Coordinate with other departments to develop products suitable for current needs;
Other related tasks as directed.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3-5 years experience in the hotel industry, real estate, design, or construction;
Able to read design plans (architecture, interior, landscape)
Experienced in coordinating real estate projects, operating hotels, negotiating with international operators;
Good problem solving and presentation skills;
English: advanced (fluent in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing);
Enthusiastic about work, capable of creativity;
Able to withstand pressure at work;
