Mô tả công việc
• Creating graphics for all requests—including but not limited to program collateral, e-newsletter images, website headers, funding appeals and social media graphics.
• Creating graphic and written content for and sending e-newsletter on a monthly basis, and additional e-communications as needed.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Researching best practices, and thinking critically and creatively about how to use design and various communication platforms (website, social media, video, etc.) to best to reach company target audiences.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 year of experience creating graphics for collateral, web, e-newsletters, social media, related area and is energetic, creative, collaborative and detail-oriented.
• Outstanding graphic design skills, including the Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator and photography skills.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Well-groomed appearance, good communication.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
