Answer and process all calls received through the PABX (Phone Switchboard system) .
Handles guest messages in accordance with SOPs.
Handles all guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Ability of building & maintaining guest relationship.

Yêu cầu công việc

University or College graduation with major in Hospitality management
Minimum 1 years with relevant experiences in 4 or 5 star hotels
Fluent in English communication
Customer service skills
