Within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group and local hotel policies & procedures, the Security Manager is responsible for all aspects of security and regularity on hotel and residence premises and responsible for the exterior security coverage.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 5 years of hotel or related security and safety experience including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Full understanding of CCTV Systems, selection and monitoring.

Established relationships with local law enforcement and emergency responders and/or ability to create these key relationshipsProblem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.

Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements and fire and life safety procedures.Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Managers may be required.

Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques desired. (is a plus)
