Mô tả công việc

Job Summary:

• Work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements

• Focus attention on details, speed and accuracy.

• Prioritize and organize work assignments.

• Primarily responsibility for all material control for Housekeeping Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities):

• Ensure the stock balance of the Housekeeping Store.

• Coordinate with all section heads to purchase the material for operation.

• Coordinate with Purchasing Office and contact the supplier/contractor for requires quotation.

• Follow up the monthly physical inventory of Housekeeping Store and its report.

• Follow up with Finance Department regarding the PO/contract process.

• Follow up with Finance Department for monthly inventory.

• Maintain a file for all daily stock import and export schedules.

• Answer and assist with multiple phone lines and follow up on requests.

• Make work orders for equipment to be repaired and follow up with Engineering.

• Ensure the store is neat, tidy and well stocked with necessary supplies.

• In addition, other duties may be required as directed by EHK or other Excom members.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, filing management

• Communication skills in written and oral

• Ability to read, write and develop letters and reports in English

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Certificate.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience, or currently in similar position
