- May be responsible to negotiate with the supplier for best possible price of goods/ services to help keep the hotels expenditure to a minimum.
- To assist all Departments in the hotel for their requirements, specifications and the availabilities
- To find out another new supplier outside the current supplier’s list by identifying/doing the references of potential suppliers and conducting vendor visits accordingly.
- To manage the suppliers’ relations for maximum mutual benefits

- Good command of spoken and written in English.
