2. Conducts Daily Briefing

3. Has a full knowledge of the Restaurant operations and roles therein

4. Understands and supervises opening and closing procedures including a thorough knowledge of the Point-of-Sale System

5. Ensures that you and all reporting employee maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times

6. Ensures all food and beverage items served to guests are of the highest standard and presentation

7. Ensures the departmental area is maintained in a safe, hygienic and presentable state and to report any damage to furniture, fittings and equipment to Restaurant Manager

8. Ensures all back of house areas are cleaned and equipment stocked

9. Actively solicits guest feedback in order to seek continual improvement in service and to ensure guest satisfaction

10. Handle guest comments and complaints in line with the hotel policy

11. Ensures sales are maximized through suggestive up selling

12. Assists the Restaurant Manager with the initial and ongoing on the Job Training to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively

13. Conduct monthly inventory of all operating equipment and supplies

14. Attends meetings as required

15. Prepare work schedules

16. Providing Knowledge, SOPs and other skill training to employees

17. Performs other job duties as requested by Restaurant Manager

- College's degree in Hospitality Management,Economics, Business Administration, English...

- Good english and strong communication & service mind

- At least 01 year experience in the same position (Experience working in international 5-star hotels is preferred)

6. 4 ảnh 4*6, 4 ảnh 3*4 (bắt buộc);

7. Giấy khám sức khỏe (Tại TT Y tế hoặc BV đa khoa tuyến tỉnh, huyện hoặc CDC của tỉnh, bắt buộc);

8. Quyết định thôi việc đơn vị cũ, số BHXH (nếu có);

9. Giấy xác nhận tiêm vaccine Covid-19 (bản photo hoặc bản chụp mã QR trên ứng dụng PC covid, nếu có)
