• Type reports, memos and correspondences including those of confidential nature for the operations and administrative functions and maintain files accordingly.
• Liaise with all other outlets (including F&B Amin, accounting, purchasing, front office etc) for and on behalf of the Executive Chef.
• Performs other duties as may be required by the Executive Chef such as:
• Assists the Culinary outlet team in peak and idle times when and if required.
• Works with Executive chef , Human Resource Manager and Culinary Managers to ensure proper and on time submission and approval of all attendance reports, leave forms ( annual, sick, etc ) for the payroll system as well as performance appraisal for the whole Culinary Team.
• Recycles wherever possible and enforces cost saving measures in the administrative office.
• Preparation of Purchase requests and follow up with supplier for the date of arrival , work together with Ex- sous chef / chef in charge for market list ordering before put on MC system
• Translate & proofread menu & other documents bilingually when required
• Assisting chef in charge for administration in term of menu, recipes, costing, translating
• Ensure kitchen duty roster update weekly on system after check done to input shift assigning on Cadena also work on with HR to if any changes
• Coordinate with HR for month end duty roster of kitchen department
• Assist executive chef for kitchen training planning for all staff, identify training task, date, by who
• Keep the Executive Chef informed of VIPs, groups and other guest arrivals, hotel events and of other matters, which concerns him/her.
• Daily checking email, BEO, report for executive chef before HOHs meeting
• Attend kitchen manager meeting and take note to send out all chef in charge
• See to the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment in the Chef office.
• Weekly checking ordering all stationary for kitchen office to use like, printing paper, pen, note etc…
• Assists the Culinary outlet team in peak times when and if required in kitchen operation

• Education: Diploma in Business or Secretarial Study
• Service years in the field:1 year of secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge and skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Tasks and Project Management
• Must be able to read and write
• Awareness of Financial impact of Professional Food Storage
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
