Responsibility for the daily order :
• Take full responsibility in ordering food and beverage on all approved Purchase Orders/Purchase Requests.
• Responsible for working with the canteen chef / Executive chef to ensure that the required food are always available to the staff . In case of arising, there is a supplier ready to replace
• Responsible for returning goods of poor quality, making notes and penalties with suppliers who make many mistakes
• Identify purchase requirements in terms of quantity, type, size or other digital information needed to place orders
• Give samples to the purchasing department to check, evaluate and approve
• Contact to sign a contract with the supplier after the sample has been approved.
• Manage order tracking records, purchase from suppliers
• Make check requisition to Accounting for Advance Payments.
• Submit the purchase requisition to the requesting department with prices for signature and forward to Financial Controller and General Manager for approval.
• Ensure all items are delivered on time.
• Go directly to outside purchases with arising items or suppliers do not have
• Responsible for all hotel purchases at the most economical and best quality as per Accor standard.
Responsibility with supplier
• Make an order, contact the supplier to take a sample of the goods
• Periodically according to regulations, coordinate with the Kitchen and Cost Control department to conduct price surveys of items that frequently fluctuate in price
• Make a list of potential suppliers, meeting the requirements of goods to be purchased – Submit a dossier of supplier-related information for restaurant management to review and approve
• Regularly monitor to evaluate and update qualified suppliers as required
• Actively communicate with relevant suppliers to properly and fully update the price fluctuations of goods compared to market prices.
Other Responsibilities
• Monitor selling price and inventory of some specific materials
• Other special duties when assigned by the Financial Controller

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / in English
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and MC System
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Good presentation and influencing skills
