La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery, a proud member of the Accor group, is seeking a passionate, service-driven, and strategic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and dining experience at our boutique beachfront retreat.

As the F&B Manager, you will be the driving force behind exceptional dining experiences, inspiring teams, seamless operations, and memorable moments for every guest. You will balance refined service, operational excellence, and financial performance while embodying the Heartist spirit of La Veranda.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Development

1. Plan, recruit, train, and develop F&B team members to ensure the highest service standards and efficient operations.

2. Lead, inspire, and coach the restaurant and service teams in line with La Veranda and Accor brand values.

Strategic & Business Management

3. Work closely with the Board of Directors to establish departmental standards, policies, and operating procedures.

4. Organize, manage, and ensure the successful execution of all culinary and F&B business objectives within the resort.

5. Collaborate with the Sales team to plan, implement, and evaluate promotions, events, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Operational Excellence

6. Ensure smooth coordination between Restaurants, Bars, Kitchen, and Events to meet guest expectations for daily service and special functions.

7. Maintain consistently high service quality from food preparation to service delivery and event execution.

8. Ensure all F&B outlets are clean, elegant, well-presented, and ready to welcome guests at all times.

Financial & Cost Control

9. Manage departmental budgets, control costs, analyze sales performance, and ensure profitability.

10. Work closely with the Chef to forecast, monitor, and control food and beverage costs.

11. Protect hotel assets, minimize waste, and ensure cost-efficient operations.

12. Prepare periodic financial, operational, and asset management reports.

Guest Experience & Compliance

13. Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a positive attitude.

14. Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP standards, and legal licensing requirements.

15. Stay updated on F&B industry trends and propose continuous improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Risk & Emergency Management

16. Respond effectively and calmly to any emergencies related to food and beverage operations.

Additional Responsibilities

17. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Phí phục vụ hàng tháng theo doanh thu/service charge monthly based on revenue

Được cung cấp nhà ở, 3 bữa ăn/ngày/Housing, 3 meals per day

- Significant experience in a customer-service position, 3-5 year experience on the same position.

- Experience in team management.

- Excellent skills In Customer Service and Public Relations.

- Leadership and well organized.

- IT skills: good in Microsoft office.

- English: good writing and communication skills.
