Mô tả công việc

1. Control the company's sales & marketing system.
2. Build and standardize the organizational chart of the sales department in a scientific way
3. Guiding, training skills and job knowledge for employees in the sales department
4. Organize the implementation of daily operation contents for the sales department
5. Organize and conduct customer meetings to offer the company's products
6. Accomplish the operational requirements of the sales department by planning, assigning employees, tracking progress and results.
7. Summarize and report revenue of TA market & assigned markets to exploit.
8. Support the board of directors in analyzing the tourist market, researching & analyzing market needs to come up with product & price strategies
9. Develop job descriptions for sales & marketing staff
10. Research and find new marketing channels to help the company bring product information to the market.
11. Make an overall and detailed business & marketing campaign for the whole year and each period of the year.
12. Manage, supervise, assign work, evaluate work performance for employees in the sales department
13. Coordinating with F&B department to assist in product development
14. Maintain performance structure by updating sales staff job requirements and job descriptions.
15. Allocate and directly participate in making calls or personal visits to potential customers to increase sales
16. Schedule invitations and receive guests to try products or test the quality of products and services at the restaurant every month
17. Follow up, receive feedback and transfer customer feedback about products and services to relevant departments to jointly solve customer complaints
18. Develop sales, promotion, after-sales policies, resolve complaints
19. Oriented and directly participate in building content and product information content to serve sales
20. Meet, welcome and guide survey guests to visit the restaurant
21. Answer phone calls, emails and confirm bookings of customers

Yêu cầu công việc

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, ưu tiên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành quản trị du lịch, nhà hàng, khách sạn hoặc dịch vụ quan hệ khách hàng
Kỹ năng Tiếng Anh thành thạo
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề, lập kế hoạch
Am hiểu về F&B và thị trường địa phương
