Security Manager / Quản Lý An Ninh

• You will maintain oversight of every aspect of the resort's physical security and safety for guests, colleagues, visitors and the resort’s assets.
• You will be entrusted the management of the Security Department and are expected to set up for and operate in full compliance with Regent’s brand standards, IHG’s brand safety standards, IHG’s corporate and functional strategies, global policies and procedures, local laws and regulations, and in alignment with the expectations of the resort’s owning company.
• It will be your responsibility to develop and maintain procedures for the resort’s emergency preparedness and response, accident and incident management, including the resort’s fire emergency and evacuation plan.
• Planning and execution of regular evacuation drills will be another of your duties.
• You will also carry out regular risk assessments to ensure the resort is well prepared for an ever-changing set of risks.
• You will also be required to carry out full investigations, gather evidence, facilitate interviews with relevant parties and audit the resort to ensure safety and security compliance.
• You will be responsible for the operation of the resort’s surveillance infrastructure and access control systems, including both physical and electronic/digital access credentials.
• You will manage all physical keys and be in charge of issuing electronic/digital access credentials.
• You will manage all lost property, including registration of found items, and safe and secure storage within the limits described in the resort’s lost property policy.
• You will also oversee the return of lost property to the lawful owner, the finder or the state. When necessary you will also co-ordinate destruction and disposal of unclaimed lost property.
• On behalf of the resort, you will maintain good relationships with local officials will guide them on routine inspections, drills and accident investigations.
• You will work closely with the Guest Services Manager for any guest-related matters and with the engineering team on all matters relating to fire and life as well as lift safety.

Bachelor’s degree/higher education, qualification/equivalent in Security field

Service years in the field : 5 years experiences

Service years in supervisor/manager level: 5 years

Knowledge and skills:

Good writing skills

Good Interpersonal Skills

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

Problem solving and organizational abilities

Language: Profesional English
