MAIN SCOPE AND PURPOSE:
Responsible for taking orders correctly and delivered in a timely manner. Preparation of a variety of drinks and cocktails consistently in high quality. Assure great customer engagement by being enthusiastic and assist them in decision-making. Also, ensure that they are having a great time and experience, and take corrective actions when necessary. Perform regular cleaning activity to meet the highest sanitary standards and workplace hygiene.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Greeting guests and presenting them with a menu in a friendly and timely manner
Implementing alcohol awareness; knowing when to stop serving customers, checking for identification as to not serve minors, keeping an eye on customers and thinking ahead regarding their level of intoxication and alcohol consumption.
Informing guests about special items and menu changes / availability
Assisting guests with recommendations, taking into consideration their preferences and our most profitable items
Correct and consistent quality in preparation of drinks
Checking with customers to make sure they are enjoying their drinks and taking appropriate action to correct any problems
Maintain consistent and excellent standard of cleanliness in all aspects of the bar
Performing regular control and maintenance of items for smooth operation
Maintain and replenish stock levels by placing timely orders
Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
Ability to deal with and correctly respond to customer complaints
Attend all scheduled training and development sessions
Follow and apply procedures, lessons, and information learned during training
Collect reviews and likes for Facebook and TripAdvisor

Our Kampot hostel was founded in 2014 and is located next to the Kampot River. It has a relaxed yet fun environment that focuses on adventure and exploration of southeastern Cambodia. Our Kampot Kamikaze Tour was voted as one of the best tours in Southeast Asia. Each 2 tours sold generate a clean water filter for a poor family in Cambodia. Also in 2014 we took over a management contract on Naga Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap. This effectively extended our capacity in the city to over 200 beds. In 2015 we started our newest hostel venture on the Island of Koh Rong Samloem, a backpackers paradise island resort with its own private bay. This stunning backpackers resort offers an unparalleled experince that guests can't get enough of - most end up extending their stay well past their intended check-out date. Mad Monkey is based on operating a socially responsible, sustainable and fun business that provides our customers with memorable experiences.
