Mô tả công việc

Main Responsibilities

- Provide English training on hotel’s various services for Front Office, F&B, Spa (most important) and other departments.

- Develops activities to enhance training programs.

- Compose and develop materials, lesson plans for Training Program.

- Analyze, report and evaluate the progress of staff regularly.

- Provide ideas to improve training methods.

- Broad and update knowledge related to hotel’s field and lessons.

- Meet and assist staff outside class if requested.

- Maintain a motivating learning environment in class.

- Prepare and grade exams monthly to evaluate staff’s progress.

- Attend and participate morning briefing.

- Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content.

- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to classes, mini-classes or 1:1 basis (if needed, based on actual level of staff)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Local Vietnamese only.

- Project 6 months – 1 year.

- Excellent in English language, both oral and written

- Experience in Hotel Industry or Hospitality is preferable

- Training delivery skills.

- At least College/Bachelor degree from the English department of prestigious college or universities

- Having 1-2 year experience in teaching English and communication is preferred.

- Working at Mai Chau, Hoa Binh.
