To be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering-related opportunities.
To conduct active sales and upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
To achieve personal and team-related revenue goals.
To ensure business is turned over properly and timely for proper service delivery.
To maintain an efficient and accurate filing system related to sales records and reports.
To seek ways to be updated on relevant changes in the industry, market, competitors, etc., for effective sales strategies and plans.
To build strong and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders related to hotel business.

- Monthly service charge, insentive

- 13th and 14th month salary

- Opportunity for learning and development

- 02 days off per week

- Parking, duty meal, uniform, Laundry service

- Eligible for discount for F&B services up to 50%

- Graduated in Diploma or Bachelor degree major in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any other related fields.

- Proficient use of English in all skills.

- At least 2 years experience in a similar position in requested business segment within a luxury brand
