Nhân viên Đặt phòng (Reservations Staff)

• To receive reservations by mail, telephone, internet, direct booking & enquiries;
• Receive Reservation from from OTA and handle in to system, take care guest from OTA, check and answer review on OTA.
• To verify customer information, and respond to customers with confirmation emails and letters;
• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
• Handle amendment, cancel, no show reservation, Answering any questions from customers.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages...
• To ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are input/updated accurately and promptly onto the system;
• To have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business and services to ensure that you can respond to customer enquiries or offer them advice when necessary;
• To co-operate with sales team and Front office to deliver excellent customer service;
• To report Reservations Supervisor, Director of Sales, General Manager;
• Other administrative tasks as required.
• Others task assign by line manager

• Salary: Negotiate;

• Business English proficiency;
• Experience in similar position and familiar with Opera system.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail;
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
