Nhân viên Đặt phòng (Reservations Senior Staff)

• To receive reservations by mail, telephone, internet, direct booking & inquiries;
• Checking all the extranets and OTA booking channels; taking care guests from OTA, check and answering review on OTA;
• To verify guest information, and respond to guests with confirmation emails and letters;
• To make reservations for guests based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
• To handle amendments, cancel, no-show reservations, answering any questions from guests.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages...
• To ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are input/updated accurately and promptly onto the system;
• To have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business and services to ensure that you can respond to guest enquiries or offer them advice when necessary;
• To co-operate with sales team and Front office to deliver excellent customer service;
• In-charge of setting up or creating new Promotions, Packages and Group Master (if any);
• To training/coaching the team as per the jobs skills and tasks
• To report Reservations Supervisor, Director of Sales, General Manager;
• Other administrative tasks as required.
• Others task assign by line manager.

• Salary: Negotiate;

• Business English proficiency;
• At least 2 years’ experience in the reservations position and strong knowledge about OTA, familiar with Opera system.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment;
• Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail;
