Mô tả công việc:

-Support monitoring daily activities at the restaurant.

- Supervise the restaurant and all related areas in the absence of a Restaurant Manager or Lobby Supervisor.

- Participate in department meetings.

* Perform daily restaurant activities

- Help ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures.

- Supervise the service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with the law.

- Supporting business activities to ensure sales goals.

- Providing VIP customer service

- Monitor employee levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial goals are met.

- Handling guest issues and complaints, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.

- Support to review the comment card and guest satisfaction results with the staff.

* Supporting personnel activities

- Supervise and train staff at the restaurant.

- Attendance, work shift management of employees.

- Disseminate company policies to employees and internal announcements

Quyền lợi được hưởng

- Salary 10 - 20 million/month

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 1 year experience in restaurant / hotel management

- Knowledgeable about accounting profession

- Good experience in customer care

- Capable leadership

- Good at English.
