 Following all F&B policies and procedures.

 Reporting to work on scheduled days at the scheduled time.

 Reporting to work in uniform following all appearance standards.

 Checking out with your supervisor before leaving your station or the floor for any reason.

 Following all safety policies to ensure a safe work area.

 Honoring all reasonable work-related requests made by a manager or supervisor which may be outside your normal job activities, to achieve complete guest satisfaction and service throughout the hotel.

 Following all standard procedures in serving the guest, as outlined in training manual and standards manual.

 Maintaining your station in accordance with standards at all times.

 Developing a complete knowledge of menus, use records, dish and glassware service and utilize that knowledge in the service of the guest.

 Promoting and practice aggressive hospitality.

 Utilizing suggestive selling techniques.

 Learning and correctly use the point of sale equipment and follow procedures.

 Completing all daily and weekly assigned side tasks.

 Participating in daily line-up and menu classes.

 Attending monthly and all training meetings.

 Practicing and actively participate in teamwork.

 Cleaning and breaking down trays in dish area, watching for condiments, salt, pepper, sugars, and etc.

 Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 At least 1-2 year experience in restaurant operation or well trained in F&B operation

 Strong inter-personality, creative skills

 Ability to perform under pressure, Team work, Physically fit

 Passionate about F&B, the service industry and hospitality in general

 Proficient in English communication
