• Provides consultative advice to on-site users related to software applications, hardware and network connectivity.

• Implements solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment.

• Assists in promoting inter-departmental effectiveness and efficiency for optimum utilization of system resources.

Operations 50 %

• Responsible for the Hilton Technology Network Administrator in compliance with HHC Standards.

• Coordinates upgrades and is responsible for the directory structure on network servers.

• Manages, performs diagnostic and corrective measures relative to performance of LAN and network servers.

• Manages shared technology resources.

• Works closely with property management to ensure smooth running of the network and assists in helping to maintain the site systems.

QUALIFICATION STANDARD
