Mô tả công việc

- Develop and maintain departmental standard operation procedures (SOP)

- Record generated revenue from other departments. Check and enter the details into accounting software.

- Control cash receivable (VND and foreign currency) – gather accounting documents and transfer to Receivable Accountant.

- Record foreign currency receivable, follow the exchange rates and enter differences arising on income account.

- Responsible to follow service charge revenue and staff’s tips (If available)

- Record customer’s deposit (by cash), then transfer to Receivable Accountant.

- Export invoice to record revenue in the system, and implement output VAT report (based on invoice) and report using invoice situation (if any)

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Professional Accounting qualification. CPA preferred

Experience: 4 years in Resort accounting or audit.

At least 2 - year experience working at relevant position.
