To assist the Purchasing Manager/Supervisor in the implementation of an efficient system of purchasing consistent to the require¬ment and policies of the Hotel. Is responsible for the sourcing of supplies for the overall needs of the hotel, to obtain products of the right quality and quantity at the right price and time and from the right sources.
